Panasonic TV Model - CT-32D10B. Remote is not working. How to identify if it is a problem with remote or TV?
Note: The remote was working fine until recently. I thought it was a problem with the battery in the remote and installed new batteries. I am not able to find out the root cause of the problem. Could you please suggest options?

About the ONLY cheap and fast way to check it is with a Universal remote for $20.
Or the original remote from Panasonic....
