I just got direct TV and I would like to know if I can take my receiver (not HD) with me camping and use it with any direct TV receiver? Also, what kind of dish can I use. I see that there are some with single lbm's and some with three. What's the difference and will either one work?

Reply:I used to work for Directv. It atleast used to be that you could take any DirecTV receiver (as long as it wasn't a really old one) and just hook up a dish and align it to the main satellite at the 101 degree orbital slot.
