If I 've got a TV box at home but I dont watch TV channels at all - because my TV box is faulty, screen disappeares, do I have to pay TV licence? Sometimes only I use TV to watch a DVDs from Poland, India but not from UK. Do I have to pay or not?

Geez....why not have Commercials on TV and have them pay for it?
This license is a BAD IDEA....and you know it....So don't pay for a bad idea and let the government THINK it's a great idea...
